We’re headed to the movies in this three-day camp for students entering 4th and 5th grade! Each day we will watch a new movie featuring animals, then head out on grounds to meet the real stars! Students will compare movie animal behavior to live animals, get a look behind the scenes at the zoo, meet ambassador animals, make crafts and more at this fun class. Please pack a lunch, some good walking shoes and a refillable water bottle for this zoo experience!
Note: All movies shown in this class will be rated G or PG.
Age: Grades 4-5
Fee: $180 members / $225 non-members
Duration: 6 hours / 3 days
Time: Wednesday, August 12 – Friday, August 14th 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
All classes are located at the Education Building (1103 W Smith Street, Springfield, MO 65803), not at the Dickerson Park Zoo front gate.
