Whooo’s Awake at Night? A look at nocturnal animals

Late at night, while you’re asleep, many animals quietly prowl through the moonlight. Whooo are these animals, and why do they prefer the dark? Our curiosity journey will take us out on zoo grounds to visit some of our own nocturnal animals. Please dress for the weather and wear closed toe shoes. This is a child-only class.

Age: 4 -5 yrs., who have not yet started Kindergarten

Z.E.B.R.A. Classes and camps are held in the Education Building on Zoo Park Drive. (GPS Mapping of the address will unfortunately misdirect you.) The Education Department and Administration Offices are located on the curving road between Dickerson Park Zoo and the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds.

All classes are located at the Education Building (1103 W Smith Street, Springfield, MO 65803), not at the Dickerson Park Zoo front gate.
