A special, limited opportunity to shadow our education animal staff in a personal setting (only four students each day). Participate in the everyday care duties of our education animal ambassadors, including feeding, cleaning, and making and distributing special enrichment items. Roll up those sleeves and prepare to get dirty! Experience includes a zoo lunch of your choice. Due to high demand of the keeper classes, students will only be allowed to sign up for and attend one session.
FOZ Members: $65
Non Members: $80
All classes are located at the Education Building (1103 W Smith Street, Springfield, MO 65803), not at the Dickerson Park Zoo front gate.
