Throughout this engaging camp, participants will learn the significance of enrichment and training in maintaining an animal’s overall welfare. We’ll delve into the innovative methods of keeping an animal’s day interesting and “fun.”  From exploring puzzle feeders that encourage natural foraging instincts to observing the impact of climbing structures in animal habitats, to watching training sessions that foster interaction between animals and keepers, campers will gain a comprehensive understanding of the importance of enrichment in the lives of our zoo inhabitants. Join us for a camp filled with discovery and creativity, where each day brings a new opportunity to appreciate and contribute to the enrichment of our animals.

Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty! Please bring a water bottle and lunch that does not require refrigeration (reusable containers are preferred).
