Classy Classification
Animals are sorted into groups-but why? In this exciting day camp, students will compare animals large and small, in this celebration of classification. Camp will include live animals, biofacts, and observation and investigation activities using scientific techniques. We will also visit these animals on zoo grounds and complete a few crafts along the way. Please pack a lunch that does not require refrigeration (reusable containers are preferred).
Age: Students who have completed Kindergarten or 1st grade.
Z.E.B.R.A. Classes and camps are held in the Education Building on Zoo Park Drive. (GPS Mapping of the address will unfortunately misdirect you.) The Education Department and Administration Offices are located on the curving road between Dickerson Park Zoo and the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds.
