Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! During this three-day camp, students will dive into the world of the mammal order Carnivora, which also includes such diverse animals as sea lions, raccoons, hyenas, and otters. Let’s learn what sets this group apart from other mammals while also discovering how we can help them in the wild. Camp includes zoo tours, animal encounters, games, crafts, and more. Please bring a water bottle and a lunch that does not require refrigeration (reusable containers are preferred.)
Grades 4th-6th (grade completed)
FOZ Members: $180
Non-Members: $225
All classes are located at the Education Building (1103 W Smith Street, Springfield, MO 65803), not at the Dickerson Park Zoo front gate.
