As the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games come to a close, Dickerson Park Zoo will host its own Winter Zoo Olympics on Sunday, February 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Zookeepers are creating special enrichment activities where animals will enjoy some of their favorite treats as well as physical and mental stimulation.
The opening ceremony will begin with the squirrel monkeys in the South America area of the zoo.
Dickerson Park Zoo is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $12 for ages 13 and up, $8 for kids 3-12 and guests 60+. Children 2 and under are free. The petting zoo, giraffe deck and train are closed for the winter.

1:00 p.m.: Hippos (Africa)
1:15 p.m. Medal Ceremony
