Zoobilee Lineup Packs a Punch!
Zoobilee rocks the zoo May 22

Springfield, Mo. - Zoobilee is Dickerson Park Zoo's children's entertainment festival with activities planned Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Entertainment and activities include
  • Buckets 'N' Boards from 10-11 a.m.,
  • two performances by local teen band SUPERCHARGE between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.,
  • up-close magic with The Fishin' Magician;
  • a bongo drum craft for kids;
  • "Zoolympic" activities for children to compare their abilities to those of the animals;
  • an inflatable obstacle course;
  • all about bugs with Mad Science and
  • face painting (cost is $2).
Zoobilee is presented by Friends of the Zoo. For information about events, planning your zoo visit or education programs at Dickerson Park Zoo, visit www.dickersonparkzoo.org or call 417-864-1800. Dickerson Park Zoo is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults and teenagers and $5 for children ages 3-12 and seniors age 60 and older. Children ages 2 and younger are admitted free.
