Nesting bald eagles in the area will be highlighted at this year's annual Eagle Days on Jan. 23 and 24 in southeast Springfield.
A weekend of educational activities and spotting opportunities at both the Springfield Conservation Nature Center and Lake Springfield Park will allow spectators the opportunity to learn more and see why the species calls the shores of Lake Springfield home during the winter months.
